  Do you have local spare parts warehouse & official after-sales service center?

  
  A We maintain a large spare parts warehouse in Victoria, Dar es Salaam, stocking original maintenance and replacement parts for all MG and JMC models. Our authorized service center provides professional repair, regular maintenance and warranty repair work, with professional mechanics familiar with both MG passenger cars and JMC commercial vehicles.

  Do you offer hybrid or new energy vehicles?

  
  A Yes. Our hybrid and new energy models will arrive in Tanzania by the end of September. However, all our JMC pickup trucks are only available with diesel engines. Compared with other brands, our core advantages are practicality, reliability and flexible modification potential.

  What warranty policy applies to new MG & JMC vehicles purchased from you?

  
  A 5 years 150000 km.All brand-new MG passenger cars come with manufacturer regional warranty; all JMC pickups and light commercial trucks enjoy dedicated commercial vehicle warranty. The warranty covers factory mechanical defects of engine, transmission and core chassis parts. Specific warranty mileage & time terms can be checked with our sales team.

  Do you offer installment payment plans?

  
  A Yes. We cooperate with major local banks including CRDB, IM Bank and NMB Bank to provide auto financing services. If you prefer a private installment plan directly with us instead of bank financing, land title deeds are required as collateral. Our finance team will conduct verification before proceeding with the cooperation. Alternatively, the vehicle will remain in our custody until all installment payments are fully settled.
